How to Place an Order

Placing an order with us is simple:

1.Browse Our Collection: Explore our wide range of elegant furniture and appliances.

2.Select Your Items: Click on the product you like, choose the brand, size, color, or material if available, and add it to your cart.

3.Review Your Cart: Once you’ve added everything you want, click on the cart icon to review your items.

4.Checkout: Fill in your details including shipping address and payment information. We accept credits, debit cards and other secure payment methods (Master card and Visa card)

5.Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase.

6.Invoicing: Once your order is confirmed, an invoice shall be processed and sent to your email address.

Note: You can create an account for faster checkout and to track your orders easily.

Delivery

1. Goods shall be received by main customer or any other assigned person (Details to be provided) 
2. During receiving, customer must thoroughly inspect goods for any damages or defects.
3. Customer shall sign delivery note to acknowledge receipt of goods in good condition
4. Finally an “after sale service” message shall be sent to customer’s email by our Sales Representatives.

NB: All deliveries are carefully handled by our trusted partners. Large furniture items may include optional assembly services.
